Please be sure to attach the required copies your pay stub(s), TANF form, or Income Tax form for proof of income as indicated on the form when returning it.

Funding for Great Start Readiness Programs is received locally from the State of Michigan. The exact number of child participant slots may not be known until final state budget allocations are decided. However, we will inform you as soon as possible of your child's program designation, start dates, and further enrollment procedures.
